Title: Jr. Billing/Collection
Location: Peel Region, ON Length of Assignment: Temporary Salary: $17 – $18/hr This position is in office. Job Description- Contacting customers via phone or email.
- Assisting with payment arrangements.
- Offering superior customer service while achieving collection goals.
- Tracking and documenting all calls and action plans.
- Responding to customer inquiries.
- Escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Entering and processing invoices in a timely and accurate manner (>200 invoices per day)
Required Skills
- 1 year working in collection or CSR, must have some experience with Billing Customers
- College certificate or diploma – Business related (Finance, Accounting,
- Administration)
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS office
