Roman Bath is looking to add a Sales Consultant to our driven and growing sales team. The ideal candidate will develop relationships with key accounts to maximize revenue and client retention. Our team excels in exceeding our clients’ expectations by providing a premier customer service experience. Our clients range from Designers, Architects, Custom Home Builders to general retail.
Responsibilities include:
– Greet and advise customers on products and services
– Proactively develop new sales opportunities with support from the company’s marketing team
– Provide an elevated service experience for each client by identifying needs, providing information and quick follow up for a seamless interaction
– Develop a strong network of clients, foster client relationships for repeat business and support a long-term relationship with them
– Create quotes and sales orders reflecting the needs of the client
– Achieve sales objectives and monitor key performance indicators set
– Participate in product knowledges and career development training
– Update and input data correlated to sales and customer interaction into ERP system daily
– Participate and contribute to bi-weekly sales meetings
Key qualifications:
– Sales and customer service oriented with a focus on closing
– Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales metrics
– High sense of urgency with diligent follow up skills
– Ability to thrive under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
– Effective communication skills, and professional attitude
– Excellent computer skills
– Interest for design and space planning
– Minimum 3 yrs. previous sales experience is required; experience in bath & kitchen/home furnishings is an asset
– Experience using a CRM or ERP is an asset
Compensation: Salary + Commission
Successful applicants must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
Work Hours: 5 days per week; Saturdays required (with Sunday and one weekday off during the week) – M/T/W/F/S: 9am to 6pm; Thurs: 9am – 7pm.
