Caledon Chrysler, a division within CarHub Automotive Group, is currently searching for a professional customer relation Co-ordinator to join our successful team .
Responsibilities:
- Manage/Maintain incoming internet, chat and phone inquiries
- Confirm appointments for Sales
- Accurately document and update records in CRM software
- Follow up in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collect and analyze feedback from customers
- Provide feedback to management concerning potential problems or areas in need of improvement.
- Provide superior customer service and achieve highest degree of customer satisfaction
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust e-mail and advertising campaigns accordingly
- Contribute to the overall success of the dealership group by working with all customers
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications
- Interested in a career in the automotive industry
- Proven oral and written communication skills
- Excellent typing skills and computer literate
- Great work ethic, integrity and driven to succeed
- Excellent Excel skills required
- Excellent presentation skills
- Attentive to detail
