Adfuel is North America’s most progressive digital marketing company that specializes in universal advertising across all digital platforms.
We are currently seeking an Executive Sales Assistant that will report directly to the CEO, a driven and charismatic leader who strives to break boundaries in a very competitive digital industry.
A highly rewarding opportunity for someone who does not like the typical 9 to 5 and has the ability to multitask. You will have the opportunity to learn about how online businesses scale as well as how to craft a digital strategy to accommodate the challenges of global commerce.
Responsibilities:
· Acting as a first point of contact for the CEO
· Completes a variety of administrative tasks for the CEO including but not limited to managing an active calendar of personal and business appointments.
· Entering tasks in sales CRM and ensuring timely follow up
· Helps with social media presence of the CEO and the business, by growing the social media presence and by posting daily.
· Prospecting clients & agencies to partner with our platform
· Manages a variety of special projects for the CEO
· Plans, coordinates and ensures the CEO’s schedule is followed and respected.
· Act as a delegate to the CEO during absences
· Process orders in timely manner, generate reports, and manage forecast.
· Review pending orders and customer request to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Follow up with customers and provide troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses.
· Assist customers when agencies are unavailable.
· Handle administrative duties for agencies.
· Participate in sales related activities including vendor trainings and weekly meetings.
· Other related duties and projects ( as required )
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
· Strong knowledge of Real Estate & Real Estate Developers
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to meet deadlines.
· Demonstrates a passion for digital advertising and ecommerce.
· Expert level written and verbal communication skills (English and functional Spanish )
· Highly resourceful, with the ability to be effective independently
· Strong understand of social media and how to grow an online community- Posting content to LinkedIn, Facebook & Instagram & Twitter
· Handles sensitive information with the utmost of discretion and confidentiality
· Extremely detail oriented and good time management skills
· Resourceful and Work Ethics has work ethics of a natural born sales guru

This position is a full-time position. The hours will be from 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
