Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Director of HR & Operations to scale and accelerate Entreflow’s recruitment practice
Lead full-cycle recruitment including but not limited to: phone screens, schedule interviews, reference checks, administer skills tests and background checks while tracking to a budget
Create and execute innovative recruitment strategies
Manage the candidate’s experience throughout the recruitment process
Consult and support clients on candidate matters
Attend networking events as applicable
Requirements:
3+ years of recruitment experience
Previous experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Resume Search platforms
Tech-savvy and kaizen attitude
Superior communication skills in written and spoken English
Strong attention to detail, critical thinking and great judgment. You are the kind of person people call for advice or to have a second look at something important.
