We are looking to hire two enthusiastic, driven and open-minded Executive Recruiters to join us. The ideal candidates for this position will be able to work in a high-energy, innovative and fast-paced environment. 12482215 CANADA LTD is a start up venture, however the founder has 30 years of global recruiting expereince and has been running a similar operation in India for the past 5+ years and has grown the firm at a CAGR of 35%+ each year. Responsibilities:

• Work closely with hiring managers to develop job descriptions
• Gather information about potential candidates through networking, social media, and other methods.
• Manage applicant flow process including reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, running background checks and facilitating compensation negotiations.
• Manage the interview process end to end, including scheduling for client rounds
• Use data and metrics to evaluate recruiting effectiveness.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 1 year of core technical recruiting expreince
• Ability to continually seek new sourcing options and develop creative approaches to sourcing and delivering interview-ready candidates
• Good understanding of leveraging social recruiting, job boards and active head hunting
• Creative instincts and willingness to experiment new solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Newmarket, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

• Technical recruiting: 1 year (required)
