Based in Dartmouth, NS with a satellite location in Antigonish, NS we are one of the fastest growing breweries in the province, driven by the increasing popularity of our line of Toller Lagers and Spindrift core and seasonal releases.
Reporting to the General Manager, our Sales Manager will be responsible for growing our business in Nova Scotia and beyond. They will manage our relationship with NSLC, private stores and on-premise licensees in HRM and steer our relationship with our partner reps at Atlantic Spirits and Wines in Rural NS, NB, PEI, and NL ensuring seamless coverage of Atlantic Canada. Additional responsibilities will include:
A successful Sales Manager must understand the beverage alcohol business in NS, be organized and driven with a passion for craft beer, our industry, and its culture. They must love working with our team as well as working with external customers and connecting with the people and communities that we service. Providing first-rate service is integral and will help to build our brand throughout Nova Scotia and the Atlantic Region. Much of your time will be spent in the field so you must also be able to work independently. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, being detail oriented, professional, well-prepared, creatively solving problems, establishing priorities, and showing flexibility in changing situations are also key to being successful in this position.
