About the role
We are looking for Tech Talent Sourcer, this is the first sourcing role so it is a great opportunity for someone bring loads of ideas and creativity to help us find the best talent for our global services teams.
You will be joining a global talent team, a group of very talented and passionate people who love all things talent. The role will initially be reporting into Gemma, Head of Talent Acquisition and then will eventually report to a local Talent Acquisition Team Manager.
By partnering with the Talent Acquisition Partners you will build strong pipelines of both qualified and diverse candidate pools. You will be someone who thrives on finding untapped talent and will leverage your knowledge by using your creating sourcing skills.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about building relationships and creating memorable candidate experiences.
What you’ll be doing
Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners to develop sourcing strategies and execute on building diverse talent pipelines
Taking ownership of multiple, complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role
Be the subject matter expert for all sourcing tools; knowing what tools/platforms to use or recommend and take an active role in trying to leverage as many ways to source as possible.
Collaborate with marketing to create engaging messaging and content
Be a brand ambassador and confidently engage with prospective and often passive talent, ensuring every individual has a positive and inclusive experience with us, regardless of outcome
Involvement ad hoc projects which will drive a continuous improvement culture in the team. These could cover areas such as employer brand, diversity & inclusion, recruitment systems & technology and general process enhancement.
What we’re looking for
You will have experience of working in a sourcing and recruitment research based roles either in-house, RPO or agency
You must be confident and experienced in screening and assessing candidates
It will be important that your confident in using sourcing tools and techniques such as: LinkedIn Recruiter, Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), social recruiting, external recruiting resources (websites, databases, newsletters, other online resources), and Boolean searching.
Someone who has experience in identify and engaging top talent and differentiate talent levels.
Building strong relationships across the organisation will be a must and working in a highly collaborative environment
A few nice to haves
If you have experience of using Lever then that would be a bonus!
Experience using collaboration tools; Miro, Trello
