Position Overview
As a key member of our team, we are looking for a high-energy and motivated team member seeking to develop their career in business development and marketing. The right candidate will be an energetic self-starter that focuses on elevating AdParlor’s brand and driving leads for AdParlor’s sales team. Partnering with senior sales team members and leadership, s/he will accelerate our growth even faster by developing product positioning and messaging, content, competitive and marketing intelligence, and go-to-market strategies. With a strong passion for digital media, the ideal candidate will be well versed in the various digital media platforms to amplify AdParlor’s value proposition. This person will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and continually evolving team environment.
While Kansas City or Toronto are preferred locations, a remote location will be considered for the right candidate.

Salary Range: $80,000 – $120,000 – The salary range indicated represents the commensurate range for the skills and duties posted. Actual base salaries will vary depending on different factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, expertise, specialized skillset and location.
