ALERT Training is looking to hire one (1) full-time, permanent, Training Administrative Assistant for our Edmonton office.
This position reports directly to the ALERT Training Manager and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of ALERT Training. This position has a large customer service component as the administrator is responsible for maintaining the shared training inbox, coordinating course registrations, assisting with in-house hosted training and providing administrative support to both the training manager and the curriculum design positions. The training admin assistant will play an integral role in the data entry and administration of our Learning Management System.
The salary range for this position is $59,987.20 to $67,537.60 per annum.
The work arrangement for this position is in-person, on-site (not hybrid or remote).
