Altis Recruitment Looking for Talent Acquisition Specialist at Toronto, Ontario, Canada Full Time

Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist downtown Toronto (100% on site). You will play a critical role in supporting company growth by identifying and attracting top talent. You will work closely with the HR team, hiring managers, and department heads to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process. This role offers an exciting opportunity to help improve the talent acquisition strategy, work on diverse recruitment projects, and contribute to the organization’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full cycle recruitment processes for a diverse range of positions (both field staff and corporate roles)
• Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and industry events
• Collaborate with hiring managers and the HR team to identify recruitment challenges and proactively propose solutions to overcome them
• Understand candidate motivations and expectations in a competitive market
• Incorporate diversity, equity, and inclusion principles into the recruitment process and promote a diverse and inclusive workplace
• Prepare and review employment agreements, conduct background checks, and manage documentation related to the recruitment process
• Coordinate and run talent programs and represent the organization at industry events and career fairs

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience
• Must be available to work 100% on site downtown Toronto
• Must have both agency and corporate environment experience
• Must have a proactive and solutions-oriented recruitment approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and eager to contribute to company growth
