AOT Technologies Looking for B2B Marketing Manager at Victoria, BC Full Time

The Role:
As our B2B Marketing Manager, your primary focus will be on lead generation to increase sales for AOT’s flagship product formsflow.ai.

Responsibilities:

• Craft strategies for all Marketing efforts, including Digital, Advertising, Communications, and Creative.
• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budget requirements for the Marketing department.
• Ensure our brand message is strong across private and public sectors and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material).
• Analyze customer behavior and determine new market segments..
• Understand and monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes, and new products and features).
• Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost sales and product adoption.
• Prepare social media marketing campaigns and strategize them such that they align with the business objectives.
• Responsible for engaging with product experts to identify key product content to develop future marketing strategies.
• Oversee our product marketing efforts including positioning, messaging, and collateral
• Articulate what our product is and the value it provides to users

What you have:

• Work experience as Head of Marketing or Marketing Manager Required B2B industry experience with a preference for the tech sector.
• Experience developing and implementing successful marketing strategies ideally in both public and private sectors
• Experience with CRM software
• Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
• BSc or MSc degree in Marketing or relevant field.
• Proven 5+ years of experience as Head of Marketing, Director of Marketing or a similar role.
• Professional Certifications such as PCM, Digital Marketing, Integrated Marketing 360, etc will be preferred.
• Outstanding knowledge of web analytics and SEO, and digital advertisement best practices.
