Job Description
Title: Accounts Payable Clerk
Location: Montreal-Nord, QC
Pay Rate: $26/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Process supplier invoices for payment;
- Verifies and reconciles accounts payable statements
- Verifies the amounts invoiced by suppliers and enters invoices into the computer system;
- Follow up on communications (email, telephone) related to accounts payable;
- Process check requests;
- Billing;
- Assist in coordination with other divisions;
- All other related tasks.
Skills:
- DEP in accounting
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in the food manufacturing industry, an asset
- Advanced Excel
- Bilingual in English and French
