We’re looking for a People & Culture Intern, someone who can embody the company values while being responsible for performing a range of human resource activities. You’ll be supporting the People & Culture Team gaining the experience to design, and roll-out programs related to HR processes, compliance, policies for all our businesses across Canada.

What will you be doing?
- Research and analyze current HR data within HCM systems to streamline information across platforms
- Partner with HCM customer support to understand how the HCM systems are integrated
- Create and customize people reports to support Quarterly meetings
- Support in the development of our Employee Playbook
- Research best practices for policy and implementation
- Partner with HR Generalists in the creation of our Standard Work Guide
- Support the process of our new HCM implementation
- Research best practices in creating a new onboarding process for both Home Office and Field locations

You will need to be…
- Currently enrolled and working towards a Bachelor’s degree in human resources management
- A positive contributor to the team engagement and culture
- Self-directed, able to work independently
- Customer service focused and approach peers and business partners
- Diligent work ethic and demonstrated problem solving, creative and innovative thinking
- Flexibility, adaptability, and prioritization skills
- Able to work in a rapidly changing environment
- Desire to grow and develop a career in HR
- Acts with ethics and integrity
