Abbotsford Volkswagen is looking for an experienced full time Sales Team Leader to join a premier Volkswagen dealership that has met the highest standards for sales & service excellence as a Wolfsburg Crest Club dealer! Our extensive new & used inventory makes it easy to sell cars & make an above-average living. You will lead your own team of 3-4 salespeople while advertising, prospecting, & closing deals.

Your Day to Day:
- Prospecting potential customers & closing deals
- Buying vehicles
- Mentoring & auto-motivating your sales team
What You Bring to the Table:
- Minimum 2 years auto sales experience
- Previous F&I experience is an asset
- CRM or automotive software systems experience is an asset
- A valid driver’s license & safe driving history is required
