About the Opportunity:
Avidbots is currently looking for a seasoned and passionate leader to join our growing People and Culture team, leading our Talent Acquisition function. As a growing scale up, we believe that recruiting great talent is one of the most important areas of our business. We are looking for someone to partner across the organization and bring our hiring plans to life!
How You Will Make a Difference:
Lead our growing TA team directly, offering coaching and advice to senior team members and managing day to day prioritization and workload
Partner with leaders across the organization, including ELT members, to create hiring plans to get great talent in at the right time
Help expand Avidbots into new talent markets including India, Europe and Asia
Manage and expand our TA systems and software to ensure we have the tools required for complete go to market strategies
Partner with our People & Culture Manager on strategic initiatives such as onboarding, key metrics, process development and HR systems
Help define the Avidbots employer brand
Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identity prospective candidates
Continue to focus on diverse and inclusive recruitment
Develop and maintain team OKR’s (Objectives and Key Results) to strive towards continuous improvement
Who you are:
Collaborate: Our leadership is a close group, working and challenging each other to ensure we are scaling for success. We are looking for someone who partners across the organization and consult and advice
Hands On Leader: We are a scaling start-up and need leaders who are able to lead by example. This may mean getting into the weeds sometimes. The right person for this role will need to balance strategy with execution.
Innovative: We don’t have everything figured out yet, so we need people that are willing to build and try new things. This also means you can have some fun and try out some ideas
What you will bring:
2+ years of experience leading TA teams
Technical recruitment experience and an interest in highly technical roles
Experience in senior level partnerships and collaborations
An interest in Employer Branding and sourcing
Highly collaborative and hands-on, excellent relationship building skills, with an ability to prioritize, negotiate, and work with a variety of stakeholders
Must be a builder – of teams, processes, systems, and culture
