Job Title: Marketing Assistant – Business Market, Télébec
Job status: Regular – Full Time
Location: Val-d’Or, Rouyn-Noranda, Bécancour or Montréal
Job Duties/Accountabilities:
Create and update communications and sales tools (including intranet and other documentation) for marketing offers and programs to all distribution channels
Coordinate and implement any offer changes through the various systems with business analysts
Analyze internal reports and customer data to identify challenges and new opportunities
Actively contribute to the overall marketing planning cycle
Assist marketing team with clerical work such as invoice payments
Effective communication, issue management, and status reporting
Responsible for building effective communications, managing problematic or complex situations and to be able to maintain good documentation of the evolution of the status of projects
Preferred Qualifications /Competencies:
University/College education in marketing or related field is an asset
Strong Interpersonal and leadership skills, specifically the ability to foster effective cross-functional working teams to deliver results
Traditional sales and marketing management and marketing research background are assets
Strong organizational and multi-tasking management skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal, listening, written)
Detail-oriented with a track record of follow through and delivery
Effective decision making and problem-solving skills

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
