Boeing Vancouver is seeking a Senior Analytics Portfolio Manager to join our Analytics Solutions Team. The position will be based from our Richmond, British Columbia office; however, a hybrid work style is offered, allowing the candidate to work both virtually and in the office. This position involves domestic and international travel.
Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, Digital Solutions and Analytics, the Analytics portfolio leader will implement the overall product vision and strategy for the Analytics portfolio/line of business and help to handle portfolio execution across all relevant products. You responsible for setting the direction for cross-functional teams as they own the business and serves as the coordinated product team (IPT) leader.
The Analytics team consists of a globally diverse group of product management professionals and partners closely with sales, marketing, software development, business development, customer success, strategy, and finance to deliver innovative new products to the market and sustain the existing portfolio. The Analytics leader is ultimately responsible for the portfolio P&L performance and helps ensure Boeing’s analytics products remain at the forefront of our industry.
Leads 12+ direct reports and 60+ indirect, cross-functional team members that service Commercial, BA/GA, and Government/Defense customers across multiple products.
Drive the execution of the product roadmap for the Analytics product portfolio.
Consistent with the strategic roadmap, help to prepare, coordinate, and present the Digital Solutions and Analytics business plans and budgets.
Establish processes that provide oversight to commercial, operational, and financial performance, including progress against key performance indicators (KPIs).
Represent the portfolio to team members, employees, and other key partners.
Establish strong, trust-based working relationships with the Chief Product Officer and portfolio leaders across the Digital Solutions and Analytics business along with other members of the leadership team
Gain a deep understanding and familiarity with the various offerings within the Digital Solutions and Analytics portfolio, as well as the key issues and opportunities ahead relative to its optimal evolution.
Establish herself/himself as the execution lead for the Analytics portfolio and ensure that the team is engaged and aligned.
Define/refine the strategic processes that facilitate successful operations and put in place action plans to realize key objectives.
Identify and drive focused action against the most promising value-creating initiatives in the business.
This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite in Richmond, BC.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Must be legally able to work in Canada
7+ years’ experience in product and portfolio management
Experienced and comfortable working for a fast-paced, results-driven global organization.
Willing and able to travel 15% of the time internally and domestically.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
A relevant undergraduate or graduate degree in data science, business, engineering, or computer science would be an asset
Being experienced in “internal selling” wherein multiple parties must be “brought on board” within partner organizations is an asset
Having had exposure to multiple different business models ranging from direct product revenue to transaction-based network models, having gained a breadth of exposure to how different businesses address operational and technology issues would be an asset
Experience driving change and transformation while dealing with ambiguity in a complex, dynamic environment is an asset
International experience, with associated cultural sensitivity, particularly considering the global scope of the Digital Solutions and Analytics activities and supplier base would be an asset
Relocation:
