Bonduelle Northern Europe is one of the regions leading in realizing our mission for 2025. We are a commercial organization based in Eindhoven. We are responsible for the Benelux, Scandinavia and the United Kingdom. The supply chain team is led by the Supply Chain Director. The Team consists of a demand planning team – logistics and warehousing and customer service. For our demand planning team based in Eindhoven we are looking for a:
Execution & activity coordinator BNE
32-38 hours per week
Are you looking for a key role in the heart of the operations? This role is a great opportunity to work with commercial teams across Northern Europe as well as with European central supply chain teams. It is a role with lots of visibility, with the opportunity to shape it yourself and to really make a difference in our business.
In this role you will be responsible for both execution management as well as activity management across BNE. This role is a key role in order to deliver our strategy, since having the right product at the right moment is the license to operate with our customers.
For execution management this means that you play a key role in ensuring product availability in order to maximize service level and customer satisfaction. We work in a VUCA context and balancing service, cash and costs is a complex challenge that you manage on a daily basis. You work closely with the demand planners who are forecasting the mid-term and you with SC in order to balance stock and transporting. Your other stakeholders are sales, central SC teams, finance and BNE management. You build strong relationships with central SC teams in order to respond to short term disruptions and find solutions together.
As the activity manager for BNE you take a leading role in managing all the activities across BNE: items that stop – items that will be replaced – item changes. Your role is to ensure a smooth process that leads to no / limiting disruptions till execution on the shop floor. You work closely with central activity management teams, as well as with marketing and sales and SC teams across BNE.
Responsibilities: What do you do?
You are the key player in delivering the forecast in the short term. If demand increases – you actively look for supply and if supply decreases – you manage with sales the demand. You share your learnings with demand planning in order to take the learnings for mid term forecast.
You are managing the out of stock process; balancing cash and cost while maximizing service level for our retail and FS customers. You actively look for solutions for risk stock, overstock and you drive actions to minimize out of stocks
You are responsible for quota management across BNE; you understand the business priorities – you align the process and you manage the daily operations with customer service teams and central SC teams
In this role you analyze monthly our service level performance, you make root cause analysis – you generate insights and improvement plans and you share them with your stakeholders.
You are the gatekeeper and coordinator of our BNE activities (product changes – items that stop) and you collaborate with central and local teams to follow the activity process – meet deadlines and mitigate risks
You actively work with marketing – finance and SC on optimizing our existing portfolio; running analysis , making improvement proposals and executing decisions taken.

Your education, skills and experience:
Bachelor + or master level
Fluent in Dutch and English – French is a pre
