We are seekinga Director of Digital that will help lead and expand our brand, products, and community across Canada and beyond in the digital space. While Bridgehead HQ is in Ottawa and its parent company Aegis Brands is in Toronto, the Director of Digital can be located anywhere in Canada.
Role
We are looking for an out-of-the-box analytical and results-driven leader, with an equal passion for creation and execution. You will lead the development of a holistic eCommerce & Digital strategy that aligns to our brand principles and is focused on strong growth. Your digital channel and managerial experience will enhance our existing leadership team that is laser focused on product sustainability and stewardship, customer service excellence and business growth. Fundamentally, you will lead the Digital Channel that will be a key revenue and profit driver for the company for the future. As an integral part of this collaborative team, you will envision and translate our brand into a selling proposition that successfully aligns with the future and ever-changing state of the eCommerce & digital environment. You will report to the President and own the roadmap for new site features, functionalities and enhancements and lead delivery of these improvements with the goal of maximizing site conversion, average order value and CLTV. Moreover, you will bring the digital focus to our emerging commitment to building an omnichannel experience for our customers.
