Reporting to the Global Transportation Team Leader, the candidate will be responsible for carrying out the various daily activities and follow-ups with our various internal and external partners by fulfilling our service promise to our BRP customers.
YOUR JEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure daily operations with different carriers to ensure superior customer service for our customers
Respond to our second-level customer service requests, deepen the resolution of logistical issues and provide long-term sustainable solutions.
Act in the best interests of the dealer and the customer, and take the necessary actions in the supply chain to resolve the issues
Respond to service cases, investigate and / or follow up on an investigation by the customer service department
Be in communication with the various carriers to ensure on-time deliveries according to performance and financial objectives
Implementation of standard and sustainable processes with our 3PL
Preparation of end of month for dealer portals
Orient towards the customer promise
Follow up on performance indicators;
Be oriented on service levels while including transportation strategies and cost control.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Transportation and Logistics, Business Administration or any other related discipline; or other related experience
Five (5) years of experience in transportation, as well as any other related experience
Essential bilingualism (both oral and written).
