The Opportunity:
You will be the main point of contact for customers while their vehicle is being serviced by our trained technicians. You will update them regarding the status of the appointment and recommend additional services and repairs as per the manufacturer’s and technician’s recommendations. As a core member of the service department, you will ensure each and every customer has an exceptionally positive Bruce experience each and every time they visit.
What we’re looking for:
You are outgoing, confident, self-driven and a team player with a strong desire to help and assist people with their problems and concerns. You have a proven track record for providing outstanding customer service and great communication skills. You have no issue with learning and using new computer software quickly. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can stay organized and focused when the day might throw you a curveball. You excel at problem-solving and thrive in a highly goal-driven work setting.
Must have’s:
You must have a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record. You have previous customer service experience and/or previous automotive experience. You are comfortable using computer systems (technological literacy) and are able to learn new software quickly. Having the ability to drive a manual transmission and large vehicles is considered an asset.
