Tasks
- Answer incoming customer calls and provide assistance with inquiries
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and efficient manner
- Provide product information and assist customers in making purchasing decisions
- Process customer orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers
Requirements
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role
- Ability to handle high volume of calls and multitask effectively
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
