Reporting to the Director, Distribution Communications, the Manager, Distribution Communications is responsible for developing communications for large-scale, cross-organizational and change management initiatives that require advanced knowledge of communications, organizational practices and market practices. The incumbent will maintain an understanding and awareness across the business and the organization and ensures a unified view of ‘our story’ for use in communications, both within the organization and in public capacities. They will present a unified view of all channels while also representing each channel’s nuances, objectives, and unique structure. They will also act as communication strategy consultant for Distribution Communications team, proving insights and learnings from large-scale initiatives.
