Key Responsibilities
Collect meter readings from customers to bill service contract
Contact customers when readings are not received on time
Maintain the customer contact data in database
Investigate and promptly resolve or escalate customer issues
Maintain and monitor clients’ inventory (Canon Units) within auto billing database
To Succeed, You Will Have
High school diploma; post secondary education is preferred
Customer service experience required
Strong analytical skills to compare and validate information
Excellent computer and technical skills; Microsoft office with a focus on Excel
Good time management skills
Fluently bilingual in French and English

HYBRID WORK
This position offers a Hybrid work schedule. You will be required to be in the office Mondays and Wednesdays each week, with the ability to work from home for the remainder of the week (subject to specific business needs requiring office attendance)
When working from home, a reliable Internet connection is required. Remote work is supported with cloud-based applications and collaboration tools
