Talent Acquisition and Culture Administrator – Hybrid

As the Talent Acquisition and Culture Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to two (2) teams: Talent Acquisition and Corporate Culture.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure that recruitment marketing time-lines are met by receiving, and/or following up on communications, assets, and content from the Talent Acquisition and Corporate Communication teams and distributing through the appropriate channels
Coordinate the execution of Talent Acquisition marketing strategies such as career fairs, hiring events and pipeline initiatives
Provide administrative support for Talent Acquisition team; this may include candidate screening, creation of offers, preparation of new hire document packages
Provide support in implementing employee HR initiatives and programs, such as employee communications, surveys, employee recognition, and policy development
Provide support in the implementation of employee initiatives such as wellness, fitness, Corporate Social Responsibility and engagement events
Maintain talent acquisition reports, systems, tools and process documents for accuracy in order to maximize results
Maintain the Human Resources documentation on Canon Canada Intranet site
To Succeed, You Will Have:
Ability to quickly learn new systems, such as CRM (Candidate Relationship Management), ATS (Applicant Tracking System), SharePoint
Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative/support role
Intermediate Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Ability to be proactive and independent
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines

HYBRID WORK
This position offers a Hybrid work schedule. You will be required to be in the office Mondays and Wednesdays each week, with the ability to work from home for the remainder of the week (subject to specific business needs requiring office attendance)
When working from home, a reliable Internet connection is required. Remote work is supported with cloud-based applications and collaboration tools
