What you will bring
- Program Manager duties and responsibilities
- Accountable for specific Programs, large scale projects, delivery across all portfolios
- Operational role since responsible for planning and governance and for overseeing the successful delivery of the program’s output/product.
- The program manager must have practical experience of having been a project manager for large and complex initiatives.
- Manage Programs including:
- Multiple Projects
- Large-scale project
- Complex with multiple streams interfaces to other 3rd parties
- Multiple go-live dates
Complex Technology integrations
Multiple 3rd parties - Activities:
- Working with Team Leads and Project Managers to identify, secure, and onboard resources for the program
- Tracking progress against project milestones and holding others accountable for assigned tasks
- Scheduling internal and external program meetings while also tracking and following-up with action items
- Generating invoice requests to ensure timely invoicing
- Identifying any barriers to successful program execution and escalating as appropriate
- Building partnerships with various industry stakeholders and leaders
- Managing contracts and agreements with clients to ensure all requirements are fulfilled
Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
