We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Marketing/Social Media Manager to join our team and help us continue our growth and success.
As the Marketing/Social Media Manager at Carget Automotive, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our dealership’s online presence, driving brand awareness, and engaging with our target audience. You will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive marketing and social media strategies that align with our business objectives and reflect our unique dealership culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
– Develop and execute a robust social media strategy to promote our luxury used vehicles and dealership brand.
– Manage and curate engaging content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
– Create visually appealing posts, stories, and videos to showcase our inventory and dealership events.
– Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
Content Creation:
– Generate high-quality written and visual content, including blog posts, articles, images, and videos, to engage and inform our audience.
– Collaborate with photographers and videographers to create stunning visuals of our luxury vehicles.
Advertising Campaigns:Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across social media and other digital platforms.
Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
Community Building:
– Foster a sense of community among our followers and customers by creating interactive and meaningful content.
– Organize and promote dealership events, promotions, and giveaways through social media channels.
Analytics and Reporting:
– Monitor social media and website analytics to track the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
– Prepare regular reports on key performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
Collaboration:
– Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and inventory management.
– Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and external vendors as needed.
Brand Management:
– Maintain and enhance the dealership’s brand image and voice across all marketing channels.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred but not required
Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing, especially within the automotive industry.
Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Strong creative and writing skills with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Knowledge of luxury automotive brands and market trends.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with SEO and SEM best practices is a plus.
