What you will do:
The Office Services Coordinator performs a variety of tasks in the Home Office and provides administrative support to National Facilities. For Home office the Coordinator assists departments, and couriers with incoming/outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labelling, staging and storage requirements as well as informing employees for mail pick up and other departmental support as requested.
Working closely with Corporate Fulfillment the Coordinator performs the final step of fulfilling corporate orders by arranging product shipment. The coordinator also provides administrative support as necessary (i.e. ordering, assisting with the best possible shipping rates, options, shredding, coffee orders, monitoring and requesting funds for the mail machine, as well as monitoring and replenishing Fed Ex supplies).
Additionally, the Coordinator will assist in home office tasks such as office set up, reception back up, assist in parking enforcement and other tasks as they arise. For National Facilities the Coordinator will provide administrative assistance in setting up vendors, gathering and compiling survey information from the field, sending out notifications and other tasks as directed by National Facilities.
