The HR Business Analyst manages and delivers all aspects of information technology for the Employee Service Centre (ESC) and has a critical role in the ESC’s business continuity plan.
The scope of responsibility for this position includes business analysis and process improvement, planning, project and change management and system configuration, testing, integration, troubleshooting and end user support. The incumbent works collaboratively with various internal and external subject matter experts to implement new ESC systems, is responsible for ensuring documentation exists and is up to date and that ESC staff and clients are trained in using these systems.
As a specialized role the incumbent analyzes business requirements as they relate to new system implementations, modules, functionality and process improvements, liaises with key stakeholders and external vendors and maintains the production environment to ensure customer satisfaction and stability.
