Duties:
Reporting to Manager, Human Resources, the HR Generalist is responsible for providing expertise and support to leadership and staff mainly in the areas of talent acquisition, onboarding, orientation and performance management to ensure an optimal employment experience with the City of Lloydminster.

Schedule:
This position is office based, normal working hours are between 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. with the occasional requirement to work outside these standard hours.
