This is a temporary position dated to end Dec 1, 2023. The role will be working on our averaging arrangement schedule; 9on-4off, 5on-2off, 4on-4off, 80 hrs/wk, 9 hour days, 4-week rotation.

What would you be doing?

• Recruit high-volume craft roles for projects, turnarounds, and maintenance.
• Develop and update job descriptions and specifications.
• Assess applicants’ knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes.
• Conduct interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools within tight schedules.
• Apply HR recruiting best practices and onboard new employees.

Does this sound like you?

• Experience recruiting technical specialists, field/trades personnel and/or professionals in multiple disciplines is considered an asset.
• Demonstrated experience using various sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, indeed, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
• Demonstrated ability to perform under tight time constraints and competing priorities.
• Proven experience conducting diverse types of behavioural-based interviews (in-person, phone, video, etc.)
• Passionate about recruitment.
• Excellent organizational skills, process-oriented with attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize time-sensitive tasks.
• Strong computer skills, excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
