About This Opportunity
The Sr. Demand Manager – NRS will report into the Director, Demand Planning and lead a team of 3 Demand Specialists. The key goal of the Sr. Demand Manager role is to lead the demand consensus process for the NRS channel. This role is accountable for the management routines to consolidate demand from both the NRS (National Retail Sales) and Regional Sales teams incorporating promotional and new product information to generate an operational forecast to support both supply & revenue planning.
Responsibilities
The candidate helps develop new processes to lead the monthly consensus demand plan into longer forecast horizons.(18 months). This position ensures that his team utilizes the new CONA tools in developing the monthly demand plan. The Sr. Demand Manager is the integration point with both NRS and OU leads. Key Deliverables:
