Your role
Join our team as a Principal with the Toronto team.
In this role, the Principal will be part of the Toronto leadership team and will be responsible to align and implement the company’s priorities and initiatives. You will successfully operate in a matrix organizational structure to develop, direct, and assess the execution of business development strategies to achieve annual targets of at least 15% growth while also achieving the established profit targets Higher Education (Colleges and Universities) and Life Sciences sector, within the Toronto and Southern Ontario geographies. As a people leader, you will be responsible for attracting, retaining, motivating, and inspiring a team of Project Leaders.
