What you’ll get to do as a Project Manager at Colliers Project Leaders:
Planning and coordinating project management activities including financial, planning and contracting aspects
Working with a variety of project management tools such as Microsoft Project, MS Word, MS Excel, etc
Support senior team members in project documentation and co-ordination
Produce internal and external project status reports
Manage and update project budget data and reports on individual project financial statuses
Review budget data and be able to forecast project services costs for each quarter
Co-ordinate consultant drawings, documentation and other submissions amongst the project team for review and comments
Assist design managers in compiling multi-discipline reports for client review
Maintain high standards related to final product quality
Assist with overall project performance including forecasting, costing, scheduling, and quality assurance
What you’ll need to be successful:
5-7 years of experience in project management managing projects with an architecture focus
A university degree in architecture
Experience with CAD and other industries drafting software
Effective leadership and organizational skills with the ability to effectively influence others and successfully resolve a variety of client, project and technical issues
Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication and presentation skills
Strong computer skills, including a working knowledge of scheduling (MS Project), word processing (Word) and spreadsheet (Excel) software applications
OAA. P.Eng, PMP designation, LEED AP accreditation or other industry recognized credentials are considered assets
French/English bilingual is considered a strong asset
International travel may be required
Must hold a valid Federal Government security clearance: Secret level
