Job Summary: As a Training Services Advisor, your targeted support is to job seekers requiring training to get them to the next level of sustainable employment. You love details, number crunching and exploring possibilities. You have a knack for reading and interpreting government funding programs and program policy, know the ins and outs and how to work with job seekers understanding financial need and realistic budgeting relative to concurrence and viability of clients for training. You are curious! You know the value of asking questions and love where the responses take you.
Training Services Advisors work directly with people of all backgrounds and diversities, having skills in administration, sales and marketing, financial evaluation, conflict resolution, facilitation and negotiation. Your desire to achieve results and have an organized, up to date file management system is envied by your peers. You enjoy analysis, audits and generally dotting your ‘i’s and crossing your ‘t’s especially when the results move job seekers closer to sustainable employment. You thrive delivering and guiding clients through a wealth of information leading to skills training for a life change. You are a connector!
