Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Client Services, the Client Services Coordinator will be responsible for workbook and power point production, preparation of Process Leadership College, and assistance to the Director of Client Services
This individual will become an expert on all client service materials, be able to communicate with and manage the client. They will be responsible for ongoing knowledge of core CLS educational programs as well as regular meetings with the Director of Client Services to ensure a continuous flow of good communication between what is expected and what is achieved.
This is a full-time, permanent position.

Client Services Coordinator
Role and Responsibilities:
A. WORKBOOK AND POWERPOINT PRODUCTION
· Responsible for production of workbooks as determined by Director of Client Services or COO.
· Responsible for production of SEI materials as determined by workbook schedule. Determine the best scheduling reminder to ensure the workbook schedule is adhered to.
· Responsible for maintaining Master Original files for workbooks by way of proper filing, proper coding, and corrections to originals or producing new Master Originals from previous workbooks.
· Always be looking for continuous improvement in processes such as duplication memos, assembly memos, etc.
· Maintain client workbook filing system.
· Responsible for updated and customized PowerPoint presentations corresponding to learning guides and workbooks.
· Maintain proper computer filing system for all PowerPoint presentations.
· Responsible for customization and production of materials for Process Leadership College as needed by the Director of Client Services.
B. CLIENT SERVICES COORDINATION
· Answering any client questions with respect to materials and processes.
· Proactively communicating with clients to ensure their understanding of duplication procedures, processes, and timelines.
· Proactively uploading/shipping any client specific materials such as workbooks.
· Ensuring that speakers receive appropriate workbooks, learning guides and PowerPoint presentations.
C. OTHER ADMINISTRATION
· Provide typing and other assistance to the Director of Client Services.
· Attend and participate in Client Services Meetings and Staff Huddles.
· Responsible for attending committee meetings and assisting on specified committees as necessary. Also, may be required to attend the HealthCare Service Excellence Conference and assist as needed.
Education & Additional Requirements:
· Must be able to multi-task and be able to prioritize conflicting deadlines.
· Must be able to nurture long term client relationships.
· Must be detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
· Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and be able to express our company’s views creatively.
· Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently at a high level.
· Willing to internalize CLS training materials on an as needed basis as well as an understanding of the speaking/training and consulting field.
· Must be tech-savvy and easily learn and adapt to changing technologies.
· Proficient in Microsoft including but not limited to, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint.
· Typing speed 60 w.p.m.
· Possess a PC computer/laptop, with the opportunity for a company provided PC after 3 months probation.
· Mainly Remote Work: Calgary or Ottawa is preferable, but not required.
