We are looking for a highly motivated individual for two positions, Logistics co-ordinator/Office Admin.
One position in the Woodstock office and one in the Brampton office.
Job description As a Logistics Coordinator, your role within the company will be to add overall customer service value to our transportation management clients through various responsibilities that may include but are not limited to order entry, shipment tracking, documenting shipment exceptions, and invoice entry.

Critical Responsibilities
Coordinate the efficient and effective pick up of scheduled shipments Track and Trace in-transit shipments and report any delays Identify issues that may delay the target on-time delivery of shipments and work to resolve these issues with the carriers Identify issues within the day-to-day operations of the supply chain and effectively communicate those to the Client Relations team to ensure efficiency for the client and our organization Execute and maintain daily client tracking reports that include on-time pick-up, transit delays, and on-time delivery. Preferences:
Excellent written and oral communication skills Experience within the Logistics Industry will be an asset Proficient in all Microsoft Office Programs
