DLL Canada invites you to share in our success by joining our Collections Team. We are hiring an experienced Late-Stage Collector.
Day to day
The Late-Stage Collector is responsible to collect on past due accounts and to ensure that the Team’s monthly targets and objectives are achieved. This role is responsible for the negotiation of repayment terms for those accounts, which fall delinquent or encounter difficulties in their contractual requirements. This position provides daily contact with our client base. This contact is established through outgoing and incoming telephone calls and correspondence. General inquires also represent a large portion for this position.
Accountable for collection of designated delinquent accounts by conducting the following job tasks via telephone and written correspondence:
Responsible for the timely remittance of payments via paperwork:
Coordination of transferring files to or from the Legal Compliance Department:
Support Collection Management team with cross functional team training
