Marketing and Sales Manager:
At Dynamix Agitators, www.dynamixinc.com, we specialize in engineering and manufacturing mixers for industrial processes worldwide. Our customers include some of the world’s leading energy and natural resource companies, as well as some of the largest chemical manufacturing companies. Communicating and developing our technical knowledge is central to our company’s mission. We need a Marketing and Sales Manager who can share our passion for our science, and communicate that to our Reps, Channels, and Clients.
About The Job:
We need a Marketing and Sales Manager who can fill all our communication channels with content which shows our passion for our science. From Training Inside Sales Staff to Content Management on our social media, you need to creatively exploit this content to grow our Channel Partners, Engineering Consultants, and End Users.
As Marketing and Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our digital marketing efforts:
Support the development of technical content for training material, email marketing, and social media.
Work closely to support and motivate Sales and Business Development teams.
Oversee the creation of all SEO-friendly digital content such as websites, blogs, press releases, and social media. Research technical topics and develop informative, factual content that is compelling, resonates with the target audience, and is optimized for organic SEO.
Coordinate and manage the creation of offline content such as product brochures and guides, training manuals, presentations, etc.
Build a campaign calendar; conceptualize, develop, implement, and measure a wide variety of lead generation including email marketing, PPC advertising, webinars, and social media campaigns.
Support sales initiatives such as webinars, training, and tradeshows.
Monitor and affect the SEO and PPC performance.
Many of the above skills are already outsourced.
Required Skills:
Management of outsourced services such as Copywriting, SEO/PPC, and Graphic Design is at the option of the successful applicant. So, a strong understanding of the following is required.
SEO Strategy – Google Analytics.
PPC, SEM, and Management – Google AdWords.
Strong graphics skills with InDesign and Illustrator in the Adobe Suite are required.
You should be able to understand how inside sales teams work with engineering teams to provide true solutions to our markets.
Experience in sales and sales management.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of sales channel management is central to this role. You should understand the language of Channel Management and Communications.
CRM Management is a must.
Writing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or others.
Content Management Systems – WordPress, Drupal, or others.
Graphic Design.
Sales process understanding and/or sales experience.
