E INC is on a growth trajectory in the automotive B2B space creating Data hungry groups within the company and need for data analytics as each day goes by. The Data Analytics team is relatively small team but full of growth opportunity for a candidate to evolve in the field of Business Intelligence, Data Engineering and Data Science. The Data Analytics team is seeking a Sr. Data Analyst to help drive Digital/ Web Analytics. The role with work with stakeholders from Marketing as well as Retail business group to pull data and perform analyses to drive business decision making. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and other helpful information and at times, be prepared to present findings and discuss trends and insights. Review and improve data and analytics processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency and accuracy.
What You Will Do
The role will focus on data, analysis, metrics development, experimentation (A/B Testing) and its application to Digital business strategies that includes web product and marketing
Develop, model and apply analytical best practices delivering insights, storytelling and elevate data analyst organization
Be expert in Data function and integrate with business to deliver and influence stakeholders with impactful communication and actionable insights
Drive development of problem statement, approach, and the metrics and measurement strategy, including success criteria, to determine and improve the value of your work through a deep understanding of the business, business process, data ecosystem and rapid data mining
Analyze campaign data through extensive data digging and develop specific recommendations to improve performance and identify new opportunities
Be self-directed and drive execution towards outcomes, understand business interdependencies, conduct detailed problem solving, use independent judgement and decision making to deliver as per product scope, provide inputs to establish product/ project timelines
Define and measure success rate of how dashboard/analysis/insights are adapted into decision making, create feedback loops to enhance analysis
Champion learning forums, or be a mentor to help increase awareness and adoption of current technical topics relevant for Data Analyst competency e.g. BI tools and technologies; Descriptive & Inferential analytics

What You Will Need
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, Marketing
Degree in technical/analytics field preferred
At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing web analytics
Proficiency with web analytics fundamentals (Google Analytics/ Adobe Analytics) and solid understanding of tag management implementation and A/B testing
Experience with analyzing marketing campaign data and collaborating with digital marketing channels (Paid, SEO, CRO)
Experience in analytics tools such as: SQL, Excel, Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Python, R, Domo and/or equivalent technologies
BI Tool experience: Tableau or PowerBI
Able to support conclusions with analytical evidence using descriptive stats, inferential stats and data visualizations
Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak to both business and technical teams, and translate ideas between them
Comfort with ambiguity and open-ended problems in support of digital business and operations
