Responsibilities Include
Submit and manage job postings to careers site and other job boards Candidate management in the applicant tracking system
Maintaining job requisitions and job advertisements Scheduling of phone or initial interviews for recruiters Monitor candidates on open requisitions and shortlist for recruiters as needed Ensure consistent internal and external brand and information with data integrity and quality of work Distribute communications for Interviewer Training course Partner with other team members and stakeholders
