Role Requirements
You will be responsible for administering benefits for both the US and Canada
Ensure OH&S Committees are established and full compliance of processes including regulatory meetings of the Joint Health and Safety Committee & Employee Training Requirements
Managing on-boarding invites, scheduling and bamboo uploads
Managing Immigration process and provide appropriate support to legal team
Maintain and monitor Bamboo HRIS system to ensure the relevant database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation. This covers all personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, employment information, leaves, electronic employee files etc.).
Assist in the recruitment process overflow – setting up interviews, liaising with applicants and reference checking.
Provide reference letters for ex-employees/mortgages/rentals/ visa
Track and manage probation period completions and service award communications
Ensure adherence to GDPR requirements
Manage and support additional ad-hoc projects, like collection of employee feedback or survey and other duties as required or assigned.
Skills Requirements
Strong written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
Organized and able to prioritize workload around working hours and depending on business needs
Reliable and committed to producing work of a high standard
Accurate with strong attention to details
Discrete and able to deal with issues confidentially
People orientated with a dedication to providing great customer service
Previous knowledge/experience or exposure to HR Administration is desired
