The Accounting Administrator, reporting to the Associate Director, Finance, is responsible for ensuring that accounts payables (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions are recorded and processed in an accurate, timely, efficient, and auditable manner. Duties include a proactive and customer service-focused approach to AP and AR processing, preparing ad hoc reports, following-up and resolving accounts and accounting issues, and completing accounts reconciliations.

This role offers a competitive compensation and benefits program including a salary within our hiring range of $58,000 to $65,000. Placement within the hiring range will be based on candidate experience relative to the requirements of the role. Additional details on our generous benefit offerings are found below.
