About the Job:
Quest Brands Inc. is located in a brand-new facility in London Ontario and is seeking an enthusiastic and fast learning candidate who will work collaboratively under the leadership of the Director of Finance, to manage the day-to-day work of the finance team, implement new processes to help the organization run smoothly, grow with the company, and support the ongoing success of Quest.

Major Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be accountable for the following:
· Accounts Payable: daily receipt of invoices, expense account coding, seeking approval and processing of payments (on-line payments, EFT, cheques), monitoring for discount opportunities, reconciling vendor statements, maintaining vendor account records, follow-up with invoice discrepancies, employee expense report reconciliations, assisting supply chain team with inquiries and resolution of issues, maintaining filing systems for vendors
· Back-up and support for Accounts Receivable: daily processing of sales invoices, processing of customer payments (EDI, credit card, cheques), maintaining customer account records, follow up with outstanding payments, assisting sales and customer service teams with customer inquiries and resolution of issues, maintaining filing systems for customers
· Office Administration: providing support to the Office team with answering inbound telephone and email inquiries, managing inbound/outbound mail and courier services, creating and updating records to ensure accuracy and validity of information, organizing and maintaining office supplies and common areas
Qualifications and Requirements:
· Fully vaccinated against Covid-19
· 2+ years of relevant experience
· Post-Secondary Education (College)
· Extremely organized, detail oriented and able to multi-task
· Ability to maintain confidentiality
· Experience with Sage accounting software preferred
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Must be a reliable team player who can work without supervision
· Excellent interpersonal, problem solving, written and verbal communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
