Our client in downtown Calgary is seeking an experienced Real-Estate professional to join their busy office, covering Maternity leave. Responsibilities
Prepare asset disposition presentations, reports, letters of intent, opinions of value, and sale agreements
Provide tours of assets with clients and prospects
Attend client meetings and events
Manage transactions including procurement of third-party service providers and post-transaction follow-up
Update the company database with client information as needed
Perform research tasks such as gathering market research, preparing reports, seeking potential vendors
Conduct market information research through databases/software such as MLS
Prepare estimates for site evaluations
Attend weekly meetings, follow up as required
Requirements
2+ years’ experience in a related role is required
Previous experience in commercial real estate would be an asset
Valid Real Estate License is required
Valid drivers’ license
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Flexibility to work evenings / weekends as required
Highly organized, detailed, and an exceptional understanding of customer service
