Receptionist (Temporary)
We are seeking a flexible, enthusiastic and customer service-oriented professional to fill the role of receptionist for our downtown Investment Management client on a short-term basis. This temp arrangement is an excellent opportunity for students, or anyone who is not looking to work full-time, or someone looking to pick up extra hours in an office setting. Responsibilities:
- Greeting and directing customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Booking meeting rooms, filing and copying/scanning
- Maintaining inventory of office supplies and ordering accordingly
- Care taking of lobby area, receptionist desk
- Other administrative duties as required
Requirements:
- 2 or more years of related experience working in a corporate environment
- Exceptional communication skills; in-person and over the phone
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Word and Outlook
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience operating a multi-line phone system
- Self-motivated and able to work well independently
- Able to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a professional composure
- Polished and professional in presentation
