Automotive Management Trainee Program – Waterloo Region
If you have always wanted to become your own boss, this is the role for you! A great management trainee program has opened in the KW Region! In under a year of training and development, you will be given the keys to your very own store to manage!
How Does the Program Work?
- Up to 6 months at crew level (learning the role and shadowing the manager)
- Up to 6 month in a different store as an Assistant Store Manager
- After the one year program move to a new store to be the Store Manager!
- Depending on the candidate, you could finish the program in 6 to 8 months!
Automotive Management Trainee Program Responsibilities:
- Customer Service and Sales
- Balance Tills, Cash outs, bank deposits
- Prepare reports for accounting purposes
- Ordering supplies and manage inventory
- Hiring, coaching and training of staff
Automotive Management Trainee Program Qualifications:
- At least 3yrs of experience in a manager and/or supervisor role.
- Minimum 2yrs experience in the automotive field required.
- Own reliable transportation and available to train in different locations.
- Past retail customer service experience is a must.
- Past education in management, administration, business is a definite asset.
Management Trainee Program Details:
- Full-Time
- $22.00-$25.00/hr depending on experience and qualifications
- Flexible to work Days, Evenings, and Weekends too! (store is open 7 days a week)
- Eligible for referral bonus $$
