Who we’re looking for:
Fastfrate Group is looking for a friendly and confident Dispatch Call Taker for our Woodbridge office. You’ll bring excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills to meet deadlines and quality standards. This role requires good data entry, computer, and multi-tasking skills necessary to perform the role effectively.

What you’ll do:
Develops and maintains excellent customer relationships
Schedules pick-up and delivery appointment times with customers
Enters shipment status, appointment times etc into computer system
Keeps up to date on shipment and delivery times to ensure appointment times can be maintained. Rebook appointments as required
Provides regular delivery status updates to all parties
Performs various clerical duties

Good keyboard skills and computer literate using Excel, Word, Outlook
Excellent customers service skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines

Must be fully vaccinated
