***Full-time schedule Monday to Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.***
Under the immediate supervision of the warehouse manager, the delivery driver delivers orders to customers according to the route assigned to him and established procedures. Sees to give the customer the most courteous service possible in order to ensure his complete satisfaction, while respecting road safety standards.
You are also responsible for associated delivery documentation and customer material returns.
Inspect your truck in the morning and check the controls before leaving.
Ensure trucks are kept clean and in good condition.
- Completed high school diploma;
- Hold a class 3 driver’s license;
- Hold a “General health and safety on construction sites” certificate, an asset.
- Have a minimum of twenty-four (24) months of experience as a delivery driver;
- Have an exemplary driving record;
- Know the city of Montreal and the Montérégie;
- Being able to handle heavy equipment;
- Be punctual and diligent;
- Have the concern to provide excellent customer service;
- Be available for overtime;
- Must successfully pass tests demonstrating their ability to drive a vehicle safely.
- Experience with a crane would be an asset.
- Experience with a forklift.
